Our membership

Our membership includes all ten local Citizens Advice charities in our area. Between them, they recruit, train and support over 600 volunteers and around 100 staff to support local residents with their advice needs. Citizens Advice Essex is the consortium body for the service as a whole, supporting our shared interests and ensuring our activities are coordinated to achieve maximum impact, both in terms of direct services to communities and towards our aim to advocate for change and achieve influence where we see the need to do so.
